Terms and Conditions of betd8 — Sports Betting Platform in Brazil

By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the platform betd8 — available at betd8.best — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use betd8's services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and betd8. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you expressly confirm your full acceptance of this document as well as our Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling.

A betd8 offers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and European leagues), volleyball (Superliga Masculina e Feminina, Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other events. The following rules apply to all bets:

• Minimum bet: R$ 1.00 per entry. The maximum stake per bet may vary depending on the event and market.
• Confirmation: a bet is only valid once explicitly confirmed by the system — you will see a confirmation message and your ticket number. Unconfirmed bets will not be accepted.
• Odds: the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply. Odds changes after confirmation do not affect bets that have already been placed.
• Cancelled events: if an event is cancelled or suspended before completion (according to sport-specific criteria), the bet is refunded at odds of 1.00.
• Odds errors: betd8 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical error, even after confirmation.
• Live Betting: in-play bets are subject to broadcast delays. betd8 may suspend live markets at any time for technical reasons or to protect the integrity of the event.
• Accumulators: in parlay bets, if one selection is cancelled, that selection's odds are set to 1.00 and the parlay remains valid with the remaining selections.

Betd8 monitors betting activity to detect irregular patterns. Bets that suggest match-fixing, system abuse, or the use of automated software will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

All transactions on the betd8 are made in BRL (R$). The platform does not operate in foreign currencies. Available payment methods are:

• Pix: instant deposits and withdrawals, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
• Boleto bancário: available for deposits. Funds clear within 1 business day after payment.
